An inquest on the body of William Wrixon, who died on Tuesday, as the result of being knocked from the deck of the Manuka to the wharf by a sling on the 15th, was held to-day. A verdict of accidental death was returned. The coroner said that some steps should be taken to provide workers with some protection on deck. \
