And ail thy gentle mirth, To teach that love shall cast out fear, And Peace shall reign on earth. A CHRISTMAS WISH. “Christmas has come round, and the unkind feelings that have struggled against hotter dispositions during the year have melted away before its genial influence, like half-formed ice beneath the morning sun.” And so, a 6 Tiny Tim observed, God bless us, every one. —A Xmas Carol.
