EMIGRANTS DEFRAUDED.
AGENTS’-GENERAL PROSECUTE
[UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION —COPYKIOHT ] LONDON, Dec. 28. G. H. Brown, an emigration agent, has been arrested at Nelson, Lancashire, on a charge of obtaining money by false pretences in connection with forged testimonials from a farm laborer emigrating' to West Australia. The Agents-General are co-operating in the prosecution.
