Up to midnight the cyclists had covered 432 miles. There Avere several attempts to break away, but the field soon pulled hack the runaways. Scott dropped out after covering 300 miles. The others are going strongly and evenly. At the cycling sports the Mile Championship of NeAV South Wales resulted: Spears 1, Mutton 2, Hagney 3. Won by a length. Time. 2min 24 4-ssec.
