AGAINST NON-UNIONISTS

LONDON, Jan. 5. The executive of the General Federation of Trade Unions was summoned to a national conference on Thursday to consider the proposals in connection with the campaign against, nonunionists. The decision was described as more drastic than anything hitherto attempted by organised labor.-
