TRAVELLER ROBBED IN TRAIN. Railway detectives at Burton-on-Trent are investigating the singular story of an outrage alleged to luave been committed in a first-class carriage between Rolleston, near Burton-oin-Trent, and Derby, on the Great Northern Railway. Mr limes, of Derby brother of the proprietor of the Burton-on-Trent rink, was returning home vihen he states a fellow passenger, a well-dressed man, offered lwm some chocolate, which lie accepted. After eating it he became unconscious. Awaking atT Ilkeston, miles beyond Ins destination, ho found that hiis pocket money—which, fortunately, amounted to only a few shillings-—and the stranger lia-d vanished.
