Swimming Association, who is here visiting, declares that Bcaurepairc has not irretrievably lost 'his amateur status, as the amendment to the constitution affecting Ins position has not been ratified. [Frank Beaurepaire, Victoria’s and Australia’s 1 champion swimmer, was, disqualified last season from competing in amateur events, and declared a professional, because lie accepted a position as paid swimming instructor to the Victorian Education Board.]
