SUICIDE IN A CHURCH. LONDON, Jan. 19. A mail named Hubener, formerly employed at tlie Austrian Embassy, was suspected of a jewel robbery at the Embassy. He was found in the Congregational Churcli in Tolmer Square at midnight, and the police attempted to arrest him, whereupon he committed suicklei with a revolver. CHARGED WITH EMIGRANTS. G. H. Brown, who‘is charged with having defrauded emigrants, lias been remanded. It lias been arranged that the Nelsou magistrates shall hear tho case ,ou the 30th inst. There arc 30 witnesses-
