There is no change in the wharf laborers’ trouble. The steamer Electra is still held up, though it was pointed out that the cargo was loaded by a crew, all of whom are unionists. The wharf laborers refuse to unload the vessel. Tlie secretary of the union states that he sees no reason why they should not unload it.
