FLYING HANDICAP, of 50 sovs, second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stake. Distance six furlongs. Winner of any Hat race after declaration of weights to be re-handicapped. HACK DEFINITION—No horse shall be eligible to start in a “Hack” Race which has won a race to the value of 100 sovs., or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. at the time of nomination. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races, or steeplechases respectively shall not render sufch horse ineligible except in the special class of race in which it has won such amount.
