AMERICAN WOMEN WHO AY ILL BE BARRED. One of the London society papers publishes a report that in future the presentations of American women at Court will be restricted to those who are married to British subjects or whose male relations hold high official positions in the United States. This new arrangement, if earned out, will have the effect of excluding from these functions many American women who have hitherto been privileged to attend.
