AN EXTRAORDINARY CHANCE. SHIPPING WARNED. [united press a ssociation — (Received Jan- 28,' 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. Jan. 27. Advices from Alaska state that steamers frequenting northern waters report an extraordinary change in the Japan current. One vessel was earned twenty miles out of its course and another' fifty-five. There is no explanation forthcoming. Shipping have been wirelessly warned.
