HORSE SALE. Twe.niy-.fi horses were yarded at Messrs Williams and Kettle’s horse bazaar on Saturday and they met wire a good sale. Harness horses reached £T4 and hacks £l4. . PRODUCE SALES. The following prices were obtained by Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co. on Saturday: Cockerels 9d to Is 4d, fowls Is 3d to 2s. ducklings 9d to Is 3d, ducks Is 7d to 2s 3d, eggs Is, butter lid, tomatoes 3d to 4d. plums 21d lb, apples 2Ad lb. peaches 3d to 4d, rhubarb 3s to 4s doz., cabbages Is 6d doz., onions lid to 2d lb, peaches Id to lid lb. The following prices were realised at Messrs Miller and Craig’s auction mart on Saturday: Chickens 6d to Is, hens Is 3d to Is' 6d, roosters Is to 2s, eggs Is, butter lOd, cabbage 2s doz., parsnips Is doz bundles, carrots Is 3d doz bundles, potatoes Id! and 1 Id, onions 2d. peas Is a peck, plums lid and 2dl lb, dessert apples 2d lb, pears 2cl lb, tomatoes 2Ad. •LONDON WOOL SALES. A big selection of merinos was offered, Yorkshire and Continental manufacturers buying freely, and Americans' taking the best crossbreds.
