[united press ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT] 1 MELBOURNE, Feb. 13. •A Victorian -delegate to the Board of Control characterised the statement by Hill that he had not 'been invited to make the English tour as an absolute ' lie. The Board, he said, had still to deal with the matter.
