Dr. Sun Yat Sen (Provisional President) has telegraphed on behalf or ie Republican Government, acknowledging Marquis Yuan Sbih Kai s (Renner) acllierence to the republic, bu declining to recognise the Empei appointment of an organiser or the republic. He requests Marquis Shill Kai to come to N a nkmg (Received - Marquis Yuaa^Eui’r^ards , Dr. Sun Yat Sen’s request as unreasonable.
