MR. MASSEY’S AMENDMENT. A COMMENDABLE DIRECTNESS. (From our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 16. Mr Massey lias lost no time in giving notice of his amendment to the Address-in-Reply, and there is a simple directness about it that is commendable. It is to add to the Address-in-Reply-to-His-Excellenev the following paragraph: “In conclusion we deem it our duty to represent to your Excellency that your Excellency’s advisers do not possess the Confidence of this Housa ”
