C HEIST CHURCH REGATTA. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, Feb, 21. • The Christchurch regatta was held in Lake Forsyth to-day in fine weather, a south-westerly wind blowing. In the senior fours Union had a row-over. Youths' Double Sculls. —Avon 1, Union 2, Cure 3. Won by two lengths. Canterbury also competed. Maiden Fours. —Canterbury No 1. 1, Avon 2, Union 3. “Won by half a length. Star and Canterbury No. 2 also competed. Junior Double Sculls.—Snmner 1, Union 2, Canterbury 3. Star also competed. Won by a quarter of a length.
Union Pairs:—Union 1;' Star 2; Canterbury also started. Won by two hundred yards. Youths' Fours -.—Union 1; Canterbury 2; Avon 3. Timaru and Star also competed. Won bv half a length. Maid,en Double Sculls:—Avon 1; Union 2; Canterbury 3. Star also competed. Won by two lengths. Junior Fours-.—Canterbury 1; Star 2; Union 3. Won by two lengths. Senior Double Sculls:— Union 1; Sumner 2; Union 3. Won by 100 yards.
