The debate on Mr'Massey’s no confi•dene© amendment was resumed m the House this evening. All the galleries were, as usual, quite full, there being a specially large attendance of women. Many people who had come on the chance of hearing the Debate could noil get into the chamber and a large number listened outside the windows to catch what they could of the speeches.
