Flaitli covered five furlongs in 1.61. Takapona got over a similar distance in 1.7. Blairgoa ran five furlongs in 1.41, Berry Consols five furlongs in 1.5, and Orvieto and Sessa seven furlongs in 1.341. Matoured went over ten furlongs in 2. <l, and Trafalgar twelve furlongs in 2.48. Capt. White ran six furlongs in 1.20, and Eyeglass a mile in 1.51. Milan and Saxonite were associated in a galloj) over twelve furlongs which occupied 2.46. Prizefighter and Crown Grant took 2.44 to run a similar distance. Hot Air strode over six furlongs in 1.18, and Popinjay took 1.34 to 2 e t over a furlong less. Comedy King went twelve furlongs in 2.13, and Rifle five furlongs in 1.6. OPERATIONS AT CAULFIELD. (Received Feb. 27, 1.35 p.m.) CAULFIELD, Feb. 27. Riffian ran nine ' furlongs in 2.104 and Sequarious a mile in 1.-504-. Borrosov went over seven furlongs in 1.274, and Didus nine furlongs in 2.6. Arquebuse on the • grass covered one-and-a-quarter miles in 2.211 and Sweet Mart two furlongs in 26sec. Desert Rose ian half a mile in oil and Motoa and Burston six furlongs in 1.19. In a mile-and-a-quarter gallop on the grass, Cadonia beat Jacamar by a head in 2.254. Desire on the sand ran five furlongs .in 1.74,- and Battery on the grass pinfurlongs' iii 2:31. Bobadea ran fouiM> rlongs in 52 secs, and Queen of Scats was led round the course.
