The following players will represent the Alhambra juniors in their match against High School A at the Domain on Saturday: Sim, Deer, Vincent Somervell, Atkinson, Porter, McCksky, Richards, Wilkie, Paaka Tui-ei, Bird and Guilford. INTER SOCIAL CLUBS’ MATCH. An interesting game will be played on the Taruheru ground on Saturday, when a combined teaan from the Hawke’s Bay and Hastings Clubs will play a team" representing the Poverty Bay Club. The visit of the southern 'clubmen is the outcome of a trip paid by a team from the Poverty Bay Club to Napier and Hastings last season. The Hawke’s Bay teaan which numbers fourteen players" will arrive by the s.s. Victoria on ,Saturday morning. The following strong team has been got together to represent the Poverty Bay Club: —R. E. Barton, F. E. Gadduni. S. E. Gillingham, C. G- Holdsworth, H. Kenway, J. R. Murphy, E. V. Palmer, S. M. Palmer, A. W. Rees, Carl Williams, Claude Williams, and H. B. Williams (Turehau). Emergencies : A. C. Steele, W. C. Ensor, Geo. Coop, G. M. Reynolds, and E. W. Johnson. THURSDAY COMPETITION. The match between the Alhambra and United A will be continued in the above competition at Victoria Domain this afternoon. It is to be hoped that the United men will take the field with a full side to-day. Should they do so, a close finish should result.
