Messrs Huddart Parker and Co’s steamer Victoria arrived in the bay from Napier at an early hour on Saturday morning, and proceeded to Sydney via Auckland and Tokomaru Bay after being tendered at the usual hours. The Union Co’s steamer Haupiri arrived from Pic ton via Napier on Saturday morning and berthed at the wharf. She discharged a quantity of chaff, but was unable to,leave for coast ports until the early tide yesterday. Owing to the weather it is' not expected that she will rafcura before Thursday. She will then proceed to Tauranga. and Auckland. The Uuion y S. S. Co’s steamer Mokoia left Auckland about 1.30 a.m. on Saturday and arrived here at 3.15 p.m. yesterday. She experienced thick weather, but nttj her voyage down called at Tokomaru Bay. She left for the south at 11 p.m. Having loaded a quantity of manure the Union Co’s steamer Squall sailed on Saturday evening for Auckland via Limestone Island. The Westport Coal Co’s collier Regulus left Westport on Saturday evening for Gisborne with a full cargo of coal, and she is expected to .arrive here this evening or to-morrow morning, The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co’s new twin-screw liner Waimana loaded about 15,000 carcases of frozen meat, 550 bales of wool, and 350 casks of tallow from this port and sailed for Wellington yesterday morning.
