Nominations for all other Events close on ground 15 minutes before official time of starting each event. The Committee reserve the right to add to or take from the Programme. Past two years’ performance to accompany nominations. No nominations received unless accompanied by necessary entrance fee. Four to start or no events. _ Five oxmore to start or no second prize given. Protests must be lodged with the Secretary not later than 15 minutes after an event. Each protest to be accompanied by a deposit of ss, which shall be forfeited should the protest be proved frivolous. The decision of the Protest Committee shall be final.
