Nominations for all other Events close on ground 15 minutes before official time of starting each event. The Committee reserve the right to add to or take from the Programme. Protests must be lodged with the Secretary not later than 15 minutes after an event. Each protest to be accompanied by a deposit of ss, which shall be forfeited should the protest be proved frivolous. The decision of the Protest Committee shall be final.
