(Received April 9, 11.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 9. A crisis has been reached in regard to the floods. If the dykes hold another day the danger will be past. The total losses are already £2,000,000, and 30,000 people are homeless and living in tents. Army supplies are arriving.
