GETTING BACK TO NORMAL.

'The soldiors to-day marched to church, headed by the Leigh Naval and Army Veterans’ Band. ; Two hundred enginemen at Bargoed have resumed. Enginemen at Cwyman Colliery, Aberdare, are resuming to-morrow. The district committee of the Transport Workers’ Federation and the Executive of the Dockers’ Union passed resolutions denouncing the irresponsible statements of the possibility of a general strike of transport workers early in the summer, and added that they did not intend to discuss the question. The best coal in London is selling at 3s per cwt. THE DEMAND FOR THE MINIMUM. (Received April 15, 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 15. A demonstration of shop assistants, barmen, bakers, and waitresses in Trafalgar Square carried a resolution asking the Government to establish the minimum wage.
