LONDON WOOL SALES. [UNITED PSE3S ASSOCIATION—COPYRICHI'J LONDON. April 15At the wool sales there was good competition for all sorts, and prices are firm. . German and French buyers were keen for good merinos. (Received Aoril 16, 9-20 p.m.) LONDON, April 16. The Pataki clip realised a top price of 9Ad and an average of 9d. The MacDonald clip realised a top price of 13d and an average of 12RT. HORSE BAZAAR. Messrs Pearson, Alax Jackson and dcLautou-r held their weekly horse sale at the Bazaar, Lowe Street, last Saturday and report as follows: Dairy cows sold under keen competition from £8 to £9 15s, others £4 5s to £5 ss. There is a big demand for this class at the bazaar. Altogether there wer e iscnie 100 horses yarded, which sold exceedingly well. The following were the prices : Unbroken colts £l2 10s to £26 for medium to heavy, lighter nnhrkcen £6 to £lO 10s, ]lacks, good class £S to £l3, others 30s to £5.
