Mr.' J. A. McDowell has been appointed collector to the Producers’ Association.

Mr. J. Clark, a member, applied to the Harbor Board yesterday for leave of absence. It was decided to grant •him three months’ leave.

At a meeting of the Harbor Board yesterday Mr. F. J. Lysnar tendered his resignation. This was accepted with regret, and it was ■•''decided to ask the Cook County Council to fill the vacancy.
