At Gisborne she landed the following cargo:— bags cement, 293 bags lime, 120 bags augur. 432 .->acks coal, 64 sacks produce, sacks flour. 30 sacks chaff, 250 cases whisky, 60 cases benzine, 15 casks paint, 1? casks whisky, 22 drums oil, 10 crates biscuits, 2400 roofing tiles, 100 bricks, 4-1 cases, 32 bars iron, 855 pieces timber; ar.d a large quantity of sundries, including transhipments ex Maheno, Waifcotnafca, Wanaka. Orari, Marere, and ifUvaiu. .The Tyser liner Marere arrived in the b srbor from Napier at 6 o'clock last evening to load 21,000 carcases of frozen mutton for London. Tlie tug Hipi took o, barge out but the rough weather would not permit of her getting alongside. A start will be made at S a.m. to-day, provided the sea. has calmed. On completing loading, the Marere proceeds to Lyttelton. To-morrow morning the Hud dart Parker Coy’s Victoria is due from the South, and she proceeds to Auckland and Sydney later in the day. The Union Co's steamer Mokoia is due at Gisborne from the North on Sunday, leaving the same evening in continuance of her journey South. The Union Go's steamer Kowhai is due early next week to load 2000 sacks of barley for transhipment to Australian ports. With 6-3,000 feet of timber from Taur i.aga, the schooner Isabella de Frame arrived yesterday morning. The passage P r-ited a week, progress being somewhat retarded by the light head winds. The s.s. Waimea is due to-adv with a cargo of Westport coal. Probably late to-morrow night or Sunday morning, the Shaw, Savill steamer I’akeha is due to load for Home ports. The s.s. Ripple is due this morning from the South, and sails in the afternoon for Pieton aiid 'Wellington. TELEGRAPHIC. AUCKLAND, May 23.—Arrived at a.m.. Holumfels, from Sydney.
