Sometime ago, wires our Napier correspondent, several working men in Napier suggested that the valued services of Mr J. At a meeting of subscribers on Saturday evening it was decided to make the presentation to Mr Brown on Wednesday (this) evening. It is also proposed to make a presentation to the Mayoress at the same time. Mrs Brown’s presentation consists of beautiful solid silver table centre flower stand and a pair of vases to match.
