[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT) ROME, June 13Signor Lioy. who was defending in the Gamorra trial at Viterbo had spoken for three weeks, when the prisoners complained and declared that unless the speech was curtailed four of them who were suffering from heart-disease would die in gaol. Signor Lioy was incensed at their ingratitude, and doffing his gown, quitted the court. The trial has been postponde. The judge is striving to persuade Signor Lioy to resume.
