COMMERCIAL.

LAND SALE. *

Messrs Williams and Kettle, Ltd., will offer sections in the township of Matawai, on behalf of Mrs E. A. Mortleman at Barlow’s' Garage at 1. p.m-to-day. This is considered an important sale, as these sections are in a township on the route of the GisbovneRotorua Railway, and values muss considerably enhance as settlement takes place along its route. The surrounding country is adapted to dairying, and this, coupled with the timber industry, the vast output of which must come out at Matawai, should! make these sections in great/ demand. There have been considerable -enquiries in regard to this sale, as it is generally recognised that Matawai will be an important inland centre before very long.
