The Union S. S. Go’s tng Terawhiti arrived from Wellington yesterday morning to assist in salvage work in connection with the Star of Canada. Messrs Richardson and Co’s Weka arrives from Napier this morning.

The Union S. S. Co’s Navua arrived from Napier at 8 o’clock yesterday morning and left for the north late in the afternoon. Messrs Huddart Parker and Go’s Westralia arrived from Auckland yesterday afternoon and left for the south last evening. .She is at present relieving the Wimmera, and her last visit to Gisborne was in November, 1910. The Union S. S. Co’s Kowhai is expected to arrive from the south shortly. The New Zealand Shipping Co’s Waimate is due to load wool here to-day.

The Shaw, Savill and Albion Go’s Tainui arrives to-day to load wool' and mutton, for Home.
