COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. HUXLEY ROAD LOAN DISTRICT. NOTICE is hereby o-iven that a Special Roll of the Ratepayers in the Huxley Road Special Rating District has been prepared, and may he seen at the Office of the Cook County Council, Childers Road, Gisborne, until Tuesday, 9th July. This Roll has reference to a proposal bv this Council to raise a loan of £I2OO fbr the , construction of Hux : ley Tyndall, rind parts of Wainui main road, to carry heavy loads of bricks. The rate -will he two-ninths of a penny in the £ for a period of 361 years, hut it is not proposed to collect the special rate while the Gisborne Bride Co. pays the interest at 5 p-c upon the loan. _ - Any person objecting' to being on the special roll must state the objection in writing, and send the writing to-the Office of the Council on or before Tuesday, 16th July, 1912.
