Following is the- weather .summary : Cloudiness has increased and northerly breezes have prevailed and freshened in most parts of the Dominion. The barometer lias fallen everywhere, especially in the South. Present indications for a change to more unsettled weather generally with rain following in most parts of the country. A further fall in the barometer is probable with strong northerly to westerly winds generally.
