SALVAGE WORK PROCEEDING

There were no developments of particular interest, cut on the Star of Canada yesterday, although salvage operations proceeded briskly ali day. A considerable amount of grain was transferred to the hoppers and jettisoned further out to sea, and it is believed that another day’s work will see the whole of the grain cleared away.
