Attention is called in our advertising columns to ia -most important suburban land sale which takes place on Saturday morning next when Messrs Williams and Kettle will offer by public auction the Parkvillo Estate. The estate comprises 41 sections which range in area from 32 perches to over half-ainaore, and extend along the main road from the entrance to the public domain to near the Makaraka railway station. The sections nearest town are but five minutes walk from the Park gates terminus of the tram line now under construction, while those at the Makaraka end are in close proximiitv to the railway station which is practically decided upon as the junction station for the new railway line. Many of the sections adjoin the public domain and those building on them will have the advantage of this beautiful playing field at their doors. The property is just outside the borough and the rates will be very light.
