SUFFRAGETTES ARRESTED. [UNITFD PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHTj LONDON, July 24. The talented musician and composer Dr. Ethel Smyth, a daughter of General J. H. Smyth, C. 8., lias been arrested for complicity in the alleged suffragette attempt to burn Mr Hareourt’s (Secretary of State for the Colonies) mansion at Nuneham, for which Helen Craggs was recently arrested .
