NOTES. Messrs lluddart Parker and Co’s Victoria arrived from Auckland yesterday afternoon and left for the south about 9 p.m. The Union S. S. Go’s Monowai arrives from the south this morning and

will be tendered by one launch at 6 a.m. The Union S. S. Go’s Ivowliai is expected to : arrive from south to-mor-row morning. She will ship a quantity of salvage gear used in connection with the Star of Canada, and on her return voyage to Westport will call in at V olliugt'on to discharge il. The Union S. S. Co’s Haupirl leaves Auckland to-day for Gisborne, Napier and Wellington. On arrival at Wellington she loads a cargo of onions lor Auckland direct, and will not call hero on her way north. Messrs Richardson and Go’s Weka left Napier at 5.20 p.m. yesterday, and arrives here this morning. She sails for Napier this morning. The Canterbury Shipping Go’s Breeze arrives from the soul h on Saturday. Messrs Richardson and Go’s Ripple is expected to arrive- from Napier tomorrow.
