CHANGES ANNOUNCED. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT] (Received August 9, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, August 9. Lord Justice Moulton has succeeded Lord Robson as Lord of Appeal in ordinary. resigned. Justice -Sir John Andrew Hamilton has succeeded Lord Moulton as Lord Justice of the Court of Appeal, and Mr S. A. Rowlatt has succeeded Mr J. Jumour as Counsel for the Treasury, the last-named having been appointed a new judge.
