PROPOSED TRADE UNION BANK
[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] LONDON, Aug. 12. The ‘‘Star” says that the trade unions are dissatisfied at the bankers’ reluctance to advance strike pav upon investments. The proposal under consideration was that the unions pool their accumulated funds as the capital for a trade union bank.
