BURTON, Gladstone ltoad, Gisborne, including all stock now on order and also including the goodwill of the learce of the premises at Gisborne whereon the said business is now carried on. Particulars of the said lease and stock sheets and list of hook debts mav be inspected at the office the undersigned on and after THURSthe 15th day of August, 1912. In the alternative tenders will be received up to and inclusive of the same date for the purchase of all and singular the said stock-in-trade and on order, and also the goodwill of the raid lease only, without the book debts.
