The following are the readings of the oairoaneter in our office, taken at 2 ft.m. each day:—
GOVERNMENT METEOROLOGIST’S REPORT. . [PEP PRESS association:] Present indications are for a brief improvement in weather conditions, followed by increasing haze and cloudiness, with rain later. Winds will probably change to a northerly direction and increase in force. The barometer is likely to fall everywhere after about 16 hours for a westerly area of low pressure now anoarently approaching.
