This afternoon Air AAood’s turn came. Speaker AYillis reproved him for addressing the House as if ho were the Leader of the Opposition. Air AYood protested and (Speaker Willis ordered his removal. AH AYood, on leaving, declared that he would sooner go than stay to be insulted and deprived of his rights.
