It is anticipated that the Trade Union Congress will give shape to the Trade Union Bank schemeThe bank's chief business will lie to accumulate reserve funds for trade unions so as to provide money at short notice to enable strikes to be carried on and to so overcome the obstruction whereby ordinary banks are prevented from speedy realisation of assets during industrial disputes.
