The appellants are- the Adelaide Steamship Company, Howard, Smith and Co., the Hudclart Parker Co., and Mcllwraith, McEachen and Co. The grounds of appeal include that the alleged wrongful act rose from the coal vend agreement wherewith the appellants had nothing to do, and that evidence failed to establish any intent to restrain control of the supply or price of any service, merchandise, or commodity by the appellants or any other defendant. August 26The Board of Trade has called the attention of shipmasters to the fact that it is_a misdemeanour not to proceed to the relief of distressed vessels where possible.
