DASH FOR LIBERTY FAILS
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, Sept. 2. Frederick William Sell 1 liter, a man who escaped from Court this morning while waiting for his ease to come on in the Police Court, and who .was subsequently captured, pleaded guilty to six charges of forgery tin's afternoon and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
He cannot be charged with escaping from legal custory as lie was not under sentence at the time.
