MEN DROWNED IN CAPSIZE OF BUGGY. (UNITED PEES 3 ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT] (Received Sept. 10. 10.50 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Sept, 10. The Go alburn and Weir rivers are in high flood. Two men named Eslin Downey were drowned when crossing a flooded cret-k at Tarlogon. Their buggy capsized.
