The latest mandate of the Sydney City" Council, says the “Daily Telegraph,’’ is that women as well as men shall not loiter in the streets. Crowding around shop-windows to examine the latest Paris creations is a heinous offence in the eyes of the Council inspectors, who are' determined to put a stop to what they consider is a serious obstruction to pedestrian traffic.
