PARLIAMENT OF PRIESTS.
CLERICAL MAJORITY IN DUMA
[INDEPENDENT PRESS CABLE] LONDON, Oct. 4. The prediction that the fourth Duma would be largely composed of priests lias been borne out. The laymen in the house are outnumbered by the clerics by two to one. The newspapers sarcastically remark that the electoral law will either have to be altered ©r the premiership ceded to the procurator of the Synod.
