WHEREAS the land described in ’ ' the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the 'Works Act, 1908, for a certamjgpublic work, to wit, for the purptWsof a hospital in Block IX., Survey District : And the Waiapu Hospital and Aid Board has laid before Governor a. memorial, acby a map. and also a statularation, a/frequired by the Act: [§ Now, therefore/#.
